From Rowland area take I-95 North then take Exit 19, turn right on Carthage Road, continue about one mile, turn left on 15th Street, the center is located one-quarter mile on left at the Barker Street intersection. From Elizabethtown take NC Highway 41 to Lumberton, go past intersection with NC Highway 211 and turn right on 15th Street, center is located about one-half mile on the right at the Barker Street intersection.
